You have questions, I have answers
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required in order to get your wedding or event on the calendar. The remainder of your balance is due once all drafts are approved and before the final illustrations are printed and shipped to you.
No not at all! The sooner you secure your date the better to avoid disappointment as I only take 4-5 weddings per month. The invoice will contain an estimate guest count in order for you to make your deposit and secure your booking. Once the final guest count is confirmed the invoice will be updated and the outstanding balance will be adjusted accordingly.
You will need to inform me of any cancellations as soon as possible. If the illustration of the corresponding guest has not yet been started then I will happily remove it for you without any charge. If however the illustration has already been started then it will count towards the final guest count which will all require payment.
Although I do offer printing services and would love to print your illustrations, it is not required and you are more than welcome to have them printed elsewhere. In this case your illustrations will be uploaded to your Google Drive in JPEG and PDF format.
All illustrations are printed on 350gsm cardstock (up to A5 size). You also have the option to choose between rounded or sharp corners.
Not at all! High quality photos with good lighting works best but I do understand that it is not always possible. Many clients get photos of their guests from social media or ask their guests to simply RSVP with a beautiful and clear photo of their face. Photo guidelines will be provided with your Google Drive.
Any text can be added to the illustrations at no additional cost.
We aim to have all illustrations shipped to you 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding / event. This timeline is however dependent on when all the guest photos are received.
